CLASS INFO
BOX-FIT
A 1 hour group training class for all fitness levels, the sessions focus on a little bit of skill and a lot of fitness to help improve fitness, confidence, self-esteem and self defence.
TABATA
Another version of high intensity interval training (HIIT) designed to spike your heart rate and smash the metabolism into overdrive promoting weight loss, better fitness and factoring in time constraints, all in an awesome 30 minute workout!
HARD CORE
A 30 minute class designed to tone, tighten, shape and strengthen your mid section. Core training is about power, strength and stability as well as developing a tight toned tummy that performs well and looks good.

Increase your fitness, endurance and lung capacity at multiple levels while getting your sweat on and having fun!
BOOTY BLAST
A 30 min class which targets and sculpts your booty and core, for firmness, shape and lift.

Mat Pilates is a 30 min class designed for building strength, flexibility and mobility to support your training and to promote overall physical wellbeing. POLE FITNESS FOR BEGINNERS
Join Caitlin for an invigorating early morning pole fitness class designed for beginners. YOGA
Tina's 45-minute lunchtime express vinyasa yoga class is the perfect midday break to recharge and rejuvenate. In this fast-paced class, Tina guides participants through a series of flowing movements and invigorating poses, all while emphasizing the importance of breath control. This dynamic practice helps to build strength, flexibility, and focus, leaving participants feeling energized and refreshed for the rest of their day. AERIAL YOGA
Aerial yoga combines traditional asana (the physical postures of yoga) and yoga philosophies with the aerial arts. Silk fabrics and/or ropes are hung from above to aid practitioners in forming shapes.
You can be fully supported by the silks — even lying down entirely, like in a hammock — or wrap the silks around particular body parts, keeping other parts on the floor.
Hanging fully or suspending individual body parts is believed to create traction and open your body more gently and intuitively than when you’re on the floor. The silks and ropes can also be helpful for balance.
While many aerial yoga classes have an acrobatic element, a growing number of classes and teachers are also using the aerial silks much more therapeutically
MikFIT
MikFIT is a circuit style class made up of a mixture of functional and crossfit flavours. This class is designed for medium to moderate fitness levels, to help you mix things up and to keep things interesting.
